1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

The package was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier
Refunds are not provided for:

Delayed delivery caused by the carrier

2. Return Restrictions
Because these products are intended for laboratory research:

Returns are not accepted once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with

4. Approval & Processing
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Peptide Bank. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. By purchasing from Peptide Bank, you agree to these terms.
