1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The item received was incorrect or does not match the order

  • The package was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or misuse of product

  • Delayed delivery due to carrier or customs issues

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

2. Return Restrictions

Due to the nature of research chemicals:

  • Returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
